Shipping Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Usually 2-14 business days later you will receive your products. The shipping is delayed for some objective or uncontrolled reasons. We will notice our customer ahead for delays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

How will my delivery be shipped?

REX and Australia Post are our preferred logistics partner to ship out EJerry products, Which is shipped from Melbourne.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to deliver at the same time, but due to the weight limit, . Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification via email.
It may be if you order an EJerry and solar panel kit that one package has arrived and another package is still in transit.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?
